Dive in Well has facilitated sessions for Headspace, Well+Good, Nike, and many more and we are fortunate to host them at Ross. No matter where you are on your allyship journey, you can expect this session will be thought-provoking, engaging, and maybe even a bit challenging. However, you'll leave with a better idea of how to use your purpose for the change we need to see in the world and how to create an impact-based business - regardless of if it's a Fortune 100 company or your own start-up.
The session will be led by Maryam Ajayi, the Founder of Dive In Well.
Maryam Ajayi is an energy healer and entrepreneur with 10+ years of experience in business growth strategy and strategic partnerships across a multitude of industries, ranging from politics to tech. Her passions include de-stigmatizing the wellness industry, advocating for inclusive spaces for marginalized communities, and using her voice to empower and uplift others around the world. Maryam and her work have been featured in Goop, The Sunday Times, The Cut, Holisticism, Thirlby, and The Nod. She has worked with countless brands including Nike Women, The Wing, General Assembly, Lululemon, The Girlmob, and Sad Girls Club.
