About Us

The Entrepreneur and Venture Club brings together students that are dedicated to furthering their educational and professional goals as prospective entrepreneurs and investors in new ventures.    With the support of the Zell Lurie Institute, the EVC club provides events, networking opportunities, and educational programs to provide students with the skills and contacts to advance their ambitions.

What We Offer

Social Networking:   EVC provides a community to make it easier to meet fellow students who are also interested in start-ups, either as entrepreneurs or as investors.   Our social events are not only fun, they are also a place to get ideas, to find team members, and to build a network for the future.

Career Support:  EVC events provide an opportunity to meet with alumni and companies that can lead to valuable contacts and job opportunities.   Importantly, the EVC provides a support network to help you navigate an entrepreneurial career search, which is often more self-directed than a typical on-campus career search.

Professional Development:  EVC organizes conferences, guest speakers, and an entrepreneurial consultant program to provide our members with deeper exposure to the steps, challenges, and opportunities of an entrepreneurial career path.

Staying Connected:  EVC makes it easy to get and stay connected to what is happening in the entrepreneurial community at Ross and beyond.   We filter through resources, events, and opportunities on campus, in the local community, and beyond and share the best ones with our members.
