She is passionate about social impact and sustainability and is interested in exploring how the private sector can solve issues in these areas. She graduated with a BA in Psychology and Environmental Studies from Wesleyan University. Prior to Ross, she spent 6 years working in digital marketing and social media.

Victoria Jenkins MBA Full-time 2024 Co-President
Victoria is a third year MBA/MS student at the Erb Institute. She is interested in the use of policy, strategy and change management to drive impact and advance an organization's broader decarbonization goals.
Prior to coming to UM, she worked in energy consulting in Toronto assisting commercial real estate companies with their sustainability reporting and benchmarking. She holds a BSc in Environmental Science from Queen's University and is a LEED Green Associate.

Anjana [uhn-juh-nah] was born and raised in India; moving to the U.S. in 2011. She is a software Engineer by profession, and passionate about driving innovation coupled with technology to create a meaningful impact on the planet and its people. At Ross, she's happy to be part of a community that facilitates bringing the change which improves business and society.
She's also a trained Hindustani classical vocalist and collector of unique experiences- travel, food and music. Her mantra: Strive to be perfectly imperfect!

Joseph Kind MBA Full-time 2024 Vice President, Member Engagement
Joseph is a rising second-year MBA from San Francisco by way of New York City. He is passionate about the ways in which business, education and technology can be utilized as tools for equity and impact. Prior to Ross, Joseph spent two years in project management and education administration roles before transitioning into the classroom as an elementary school teacher in Harlem, New York, where he led reading, writing, math, and science instruction across grades 2-4. Upon graduation, Joseph hopes to broaden his scope of impact in the vast and rapidly changing education technology landscape. In addition to serving as Vice President of Member Engagement for Net Impact, he is also Co-President of Out For Business, Inclusion Chair for Section 1, and Co-President of Education + Business (E+B), as well as a Consortium Member. Beyond work, talk to him about art, group fitness classes, astrology, New York City restaurants, and/or podcasts.

Caroline is a rising second year MBA student from the Detroit area. She is interested in social impact, organizational culture, and management. Prior to Ross, Caroline worked in Leadership & Organizational Development and nonprofit fundraising in New York City. A double Wolverine with a BA in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan, Caroline chose to attend Ross because of the rich social-impact and sustainability community here. Outside of work, she would love to chat about about musical theatre, hiking, fostering kittens, learning French, and train travel.
