Interview season is around the corner, and to help you all prepare, D+B is hosting a "Designing Your Behavioral Interview" workshop series. Join D+B for the second part of this two day series where we apply design-thinking concepts and frameworks to storytelling during behavioral interviews.

What’s the big deal around behavioral interviews?
The behavioral interview is just as important as any case or technical component. The answers to your behavioral questions help interviewers understand who you are as an individual, what experiences have shaped your work, and how they can imagine working with you as a part of their teams. Your answers can help you stand out and can be what makes or breaks your case.

Workshop Objectives
In this second workshop in our series of two, we’ll work on telling stories and engaging with your audience in a structured way. You’ll leave the workshop being able to…

• Structure a story for the behavioral interview format 
• Identify clear themes in your stories and highlight them using storytelling techniques 
• Categorize your stories into “buckets” that satisfy various types of questions
• Identify workshop-able moments and next steps to further develop your answers
