Mark is a role model for entrepreneurship and innovation in the food industry, having founded well-known companies including Horizon Organic, Alfalfa's Market and Aurora Organic Dairy. He has been one of the leading forces for bringing organic food production to the forefront of American consciousness.

Mark will be on campus Thursday, and has offered this time to chat with interested students and answer questions, sharing his knowledge and experience around food industry trends and the challenges for those aiming to enact change to the national food system through business.
