Rocio Cardenas Martin

Rocio is the strategic assistant to the CEO of Alcon, the global leader in eye care. In this role, she works with the CEO and his executive team to drive key strategic initiatives across the enterprise, oversees the process of creating presentations for the Board of Directors and is currently working on a digital transformation initiative. Prior to joining Alcon, Rocio spent 4.5 years as a management consultant with Deloitte focused on life sciences clients in work spanning post merger integration and operational transformations. While at Ross, Rocio was involved with HSBA, Consortium and still believes she had the best MAP experience ever. She spent 6 weeks with 3 awesome fellow Rossers in India working with P&G on strategies to reach “the last mile.” Born and bred in Fort Worth, Texas, she is happy to be back in her hometown, raising her wonderful daughter, Alessandra, alongside her husband, Ryan.
Rocio graduated from Stanford University with a BA in Political Science.
Damian Canetti-Rios

Damian is the Commercial Director at Tempus Labs where we manages Sales Strategy and Operations for the company’s Clinical Trial Enrollment services. Prior to Tempus, Damian lived abroad in Sydney, Australia, for six years where he worked for McKinsey & Company and then co-led a boutique consultancy for early-stage companies in digital health, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, FinTech and other SaaS solutions. While at Ross, Damian was involved in HBSA, was a TA for undergraduate Strategy courses and successfully audited and/or sat in on more classes than any other student. Prior to Ross, Damian worked for the Target Corporation in Minneapolis, MN, as a Merchandising Trainee, Inventory Management Analyst and Category Buyer. Damian did his undergraduate at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA and is originally for Houston, TX. He now lives in Chicago, IL, with his wife and their newborn bundle-of-joy.
