Andres is a second-year MBA student at Michigan Ross. He’s from Medellin, Colombia but completed his undergraduate studies at Oregon State University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. For the past 6.5 years, he worked at Ecolab in Mexico City where he progressed through various roles in Supply Chain digital transformation roles. Sergio is a second year MBA student at Ross. He's from Lima, Peru, but he spent 9 years working in Barcelona before going to business school, where he had the chance to travel around Europe and work in a myriad of international firms, mostly around continuous improvement and process optimization.

Jorge is a second year MBA student at Ross. He is an Industrial Engineer from Chile with experience in Supply Chain Consulting and Revenue Management. Over the summer, Jorge worked at an Amazon Fulfillment Center as an Operations Manager Intern.

Outside of classes or work, Jorge is very passionate about sports, especially football (soccer).

Melissa is a MBA partner of a second-year Ross’ student living for the summer in Nashville, TN. She is a Mexican woman born and raised in Mexico City.
