Then join us for Balanced & Best, a set of wellness seminars specifically designed to encourage healthy habits with an understanding of the pressures of our future careers! We'll discuss topics like how to maintain a nutritious diet while on the road, ensuring proper amounts of sleep when working unpredictable hours, and keeping focuses when faced with a multitude of tasks. We'll also discuss how to encourage these habits in people that you manage, helping to develop general leadership skills.
This session of Balanced and Best will feature Jon Sanderson, the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the U-M Men's Basketball team, and will focus on nutrition and fitness.
