Women:Rising | Building allyship and empathy through value-based learning

Through the pandemic, countries led by women have had "systematically and significantly better" Covid-19 outcomes. The analysis of 194 countries, published by the Centre for Economic Policy Research and the World Economic Forum, suggests the difference is real and "may be explained by the proactive and coordinated policy responses" adopted by female leaders.

During this session, Jenny Maenpaa, Founder of Forward in Heels, will guide us through a values-based exercise. By realizing where we have shared values, we as women can create better systems to meet one another's needs and establish validation.
