30th Annual Women in Leadership Conference | WiLC 30th Anniversary

WiLC is a 3 day in-person Conference and an opportunity for women to connect, have authentic and inspirational conversations, and explore an exclusive programming from a diverse set of women who are not afraid to speak plainly about their experiences in all facets of life.

This year's theme of Embracing Imperfection is a chance to reflect on our evolving journeys. We will look at the lessons from our past failures, mistakes, errors and rejections that are shaping us into the strong, successful leaders of the future.

WiLC is open to prospective students, current students, alumni, faculty, and allies.
