Before you graduate (MBA2s) or head out to your internship (MBA1s), spend some time reflecting on what special traits make you successful. The luncheon will introduce the Reflected Best Self Exercise, a personal development tool that helps you see who you are at your best, engaging you to live and work from this powerful place daily. Created from the Center for Positive Organizations' research, the Reflected Best Self Exercise has helped thousands of executives, managers, employees, and students discover new potential.

At the luncheon, a CPO staff member will provide more details on the Reflected Best Self Exercise, how to complete it, and how to analyze the results. All attendees will receive a code at the event to complete the RSBE for free after the event.
