Spring Festival is the Chinese festival that celebrates the beginning of a new year on the traditional Chinese calendar. The festival is one of several Lunar New Years in Asia.
We will not be serving American-style Chinese food - no Beef with Broccoli, or Veggie Lo Mein here!
We will feature traditional food not found on American-style Chinese Menus. Expect traditional dishes from four of the main Chinese cooking styles: Sichuan Cuisine(川菜), Cantonese Cuisine(粤菜), Suzhou Cuisine(苏菜), and homestyle(家常菜). During this dinner, we will share the history and meaning of each dish.
Come hungry, experience unique food, and leave with a new set of favorite Chinese dishes.
