Rachel Ball is currently a Group Director overseeing Brand Marketing for Chanel's beauty categories including Skincare & Makeup. In this role she is responsible for the 360 launch execution of new innovations while maintaining the growth & profitability of the overall business. Before working at Chanel, Rachel spent six years with L'Oreal USA on the Maybelline & Garnier brands in an operational marketing role managing categories from lip and nail to haircare. She joined L'Oreal USA in 2010 as a member of the Management Development Training Program, spending 18 months rotating among different functions including research, sales and marketing. Prior to this rotational program, Rachel interned with Maybelline. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in marketing, graduating from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business with distinction and University Honors. She also holds a Masters in Professional Studies from the Fashion Institute of Technology where she graduated with honors. Rachel was raised in the US and the UK.
