Expert Speaker Series #1 - Navigating Career Paths in the Emerging Fourth Industrial Age

The Fourth Industrial Age presents opportunity and risk by blurring boundaries between digital, physical, and biological systems. What can we learn from industry pioneers as they exploit new tech such as AI, RPA, DLT, and APIs? What new capabilities will be required of non-tech professional staff? How to get ahead and stay ahead in a world of exponentially increasing change?

I will share insights from my research, consulting engagements, and discussions with visionary executives. Participants will gain exposure to the big picture of digital transformation occurring in every industry; a basis for developing narratives that may be useful in discussions with prospective employers; and trajectories for continued learning and capability development to flourish while avoid being blindsided by digital workers.
