Please join us for a discussion with Leah McGowen-Hare on how to demystify tech in the digital age. Leah McGowen-Hare, MSEd, VP of Trailblazer Community and Trailhead Evangelism at Salesforce, is passionate about making learning accessible and empowering everyone to have a career in technology. Leah is an accomplished and dynamic Master Technical Trainer for Salesforce with over 20+ years of experience in technology; mastering a variety of roles including Consultant, Software Developer, Manager, Curriculum Developer and Technical Trainer. Leah is one of the brains behind Be a Multiplier, a program that inspires people to be multipliers that will amplify and encourage their communities to skill up for the jobs of today and tomorrow using Trailhead, Salesforce's free online learning system. She uses her knowledge and experience to demystify and make technology more accessible to youth, girls, communities of color and Veterans through organizations such as BlackGirls Code, Hidden Genius Project, Girls Who Code and Trailhead Military. Leah has also published a children's book, Charlie the Hotdog. Leah is married to Shane Hare and has 3 children. She enjoys working out, and traveling with her family.  The first thirty registrants will be reimbursed up to $15 for lunch!
