Join DaVita for a roundtable Lunch N' Learn on the "Day in the life of a General Manager". What is it really like to lead a multi-million 200+ person organization right after business school.
Several Ross alumni will discuss the big lessons learned after their transition from business school, to a one-clinic operator, to managing a portfolio of dialysis / primary care clinics. They will also share real experiences about owning a P&L so soon after graduation by testing the group thinking on leadership and business development challenges.
