Baxter Case Competition

Baxter's Case Seminar is designed to be a hands-on, collaborative introduction to the type of work encountered in Baxter's Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP). CLDP projects have included initiatives in product launch, product development, business model innovation, business development, big data, patient-centric care, profitability, product / market strategy, market access, and value-based care. As part of the seminar, you'll spend the day working with a team of peers on a current topic of importance to Baxter and have the opportunity to draw on the experiences of current CLDPs facilitating the seminar. We'll cap off the day with low-key presentations. The team with the best recommendation will split $2000 and receive first-round interview slots. We hope you'll join us!
