Moderator: Jessica Robinson, Co-Founder & Partner, Assembly Ventures
Jessica Robinson is a mobility investor, entrepreneur, educator and workforce advocate, and champion of Detroit. She is recognized as one of the global mobility industry's rising leaders with more than a decade of experience in mobility strategy and operations. Jessica is a boundary spanner who excels at tackling problems at the intersection of emerging business, cities, mobility, and technology.
As Co-Founder and Partner of Assembly Ventures, she invests in and strategically supports the entrepreneurs and mobility companies moving the Western world. Jessica joined Assembly Ventures from her prior role leading the Michigan Mobility Institute, an initiative of the Detroit Mobility Lab focused on the development of talent for the mobility industry. She previously led the development of next-generation mobility efforts at Ford Smart Mobility where she was the Director of City Solutions, a team which supported go-to-market strategies for the company's entire mobility portfolio. As an early leader in the new mobility industry, she was a key field leader at Zipcar, the world's largest car sharing organization, where she held roles in growth, operations, and marketing across North America.
Her background in technology and innovation includes prior work at Techstars launching corporate startup accelerators with industry-leading partners like Target and Virgin Media. She is an active startup mentor, advisor to the Zell Lurie Commercialization Fund at the University of Michigan, serves on the advisory board for the MS Robotics program at Wayne State University, and is a micro lender who invests in women entrepreneurs and business owners in Detroit.

Hind Ourahou, Senior Mobility Strategist, Detroit's Office of Mobility Innovation, Mike Duggan Mayor's Office
With ten years of design thinking practice, Hind brings a different approach to her work as a Senior Mobility Strategist for the City of Detroit. Her international experiences in economic development and entrepreneurship proved fundamental to shaping how she leverages mobility innovations. Hind strongly believes that designing the mobility experience anywhere is essentially an exercise in empathy, where the thorough examination of behaviors and spaces allow us to see beyond binary answers to our mobility challenges.
Genevieve Smith, Associate Director - Center for Equity, Gender and Leadership at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business
Genevieve Smith is the Associate Director at the Berkeley Haas Center for Equity, Gender & Leadership (EGAL). She directs and executes on strategy to advance equity and inclusion in industry, and works to foster "equity fluency" as a key leadership skill for future business leaders. A current area of focus is on mitigating bias in artificial intelligence and actions for business leaders. For over a decade, Genevieve has conducted research and advised Fortune 500 companies on gender equity, women's economic empowerment and inclusive technology. Prior to working at Haas, Genevieve worked for the International Center for Research on Women, UN Women and the UN Foundation's Clean Cooking Alliance. She also co-founded a nonprofit in Peru that enables youth to be innovators in their own lives and communities
Lisa Nuszkowski, Founder and Executive Director MoGo - Detroit Bike Share
As Founder and Executive Director of MoGo, Lisa has worked on affordable, accessible shared mobility in Detroit since 2012, raising more than $5 million to support the launch and expansion of bike share in the city and the region. She also served as the project lead for Open Streets Detroit, a three-year initiative that temporarily closed parts of city streets to car traffic and turned them into safe, active, and welcoming spaces for the community. A proud resident of Detroit for 16 years, Lisa loves connecting with the city's people and places by bike, transit, and on foot.
Alisyn Malek, Founder and CEO - Middle Third
Alisyn is the Executive Director for the Commission on the Future of Mobility, which aims to reshape transportation policy globally across environmental, safety and economic opportunity considerations to achieve stronger outcomes. Additionally she is the founder and CEO of Middle Third, a boutique consultancy focused on mobility strategy. She has extensive industry experience, from EV product development and corporate venture and strategy at GM to early stage startups as the co-founder and COO of May Mobility, all of which inform her work.
