The Auto & Mobility Club at Ross is excited to invite you to our case competition at this year's Future of Mobility Conference: "Impact of COVID-19 on Public Transit and the effect on low-income families"

This year, case competition teams will work to address one of the greatest challenges currently facing our public transportation systems: how do we keep public transportation affordable and safe during a pandemic? Access to transportation is an area of inequity when it comes to socioeconomic status. Low-income families are disproportionately affected when public transit is unavailable, unsafe, or too expensive. Teams will need to use creativity to understand how the mobility industry can adapt to the current environment while keeping systems affordable and equitable. The scope of this competition will span both current and future technologies, with teams being rewarded for creativity, realism, equity, and trending technologies.

Note: Teams competing in the case competition and judges will be given specific instructions on how to access this event. This CampusGroups link is for those wanting to watch the competition
