48th Annual Alfred L. Edwards Conference

The conference is the longest-running conference at the Michigan Ross School of Business. In its 48 years, the conference has engaged attendees around the issues, challenges, and opportunities encountered by underrepresented minorities in the business world. 

This year's theme is "The Network: Innovation Amplified" which emphasizes the collective power we have when we work together and the innovative approaches introduced by Black individuals that challenge conventional business norms.
