Join us for the third annual JBSA/BBSA Freedom Seder on April 2nd. This event will use the foundation of the traditional Passover seder to share cultural traditions and start a dialogue about the shared history of oppression and freedom between our communities.

A Freedom Seder is a celebration of multicultural and interfaith unity, based on the Exodus themes of the Passover seder, a ceremonial dinner marking the beginning of this week-long spring festival celebrated by Jews around the world. The ceremony gives voice to our desire for all people to be free from slavery and other forms of oppression. Using these themes, we will share stories from our communal histories that commemorate the experiences of slavery, exile, oppression, liberation, and unity.

We hope you can join us for this evening of food and dialogue as we build on the unique strength we share in our communities!
