First at Ross exists to empower first-generation MBA students by creating an inclusive community that celebrates diverse backgrounds, provides targeted support for unique challenges, and builds bridges to professional success. We recognize that first-generation students bring invaluable perspectives to Ross while often navigating uncharted territory in graduate business education. Our mission is to ensure every first-generation MBA student has the resources, network, and confidence to thrive academically, professionally, and personally during their Ross journey and beyond.
