This year’s conference theme - Managers of the Future - will help students learn how to build skills and gain experiences to become effective general managers. Through career panels, coffee chats, and keynote addresses, the conference will cover the skills and qualities required to lead organizations and collaborate cross-functionally in interdependent business environments. Executives across a number of industries will share their perspective on career development within their organizations to illustrate paths to become a successful manager of the future.
