“Navigating the Future: Insights from Hispanic Leaders” celebrates and amplifies the diverse cultural heritage of the Latinx/Hispanic community while fostering cross-cultural understanding among the broader Ross and UM community. The conference brings together accomplished Hispanic and Latine leaders from a range of industries to share their personal and professional journeys, highlighting how cultural identity shapes leadership,
innovation, and impact.

The event is intentionally designed to be inclusive and educational for attendees of all backgrounds—creating space for meaningful dialogue, shared experiences, and collaborative learning. Through panels, keynote addresses, and networking sessions, students, alumni, and corporate partners engage in discussions about the value of diversity in business, the unique strengths that multicultural perspectives bring to leadership, and strategies for creating equitable opportunities in the workplace. This multicultural focus not only honors the heritage of the Hispanic/Latine community but also fosters mutual respect, cultural exchange, and allyship across the campus and corporate ecosystems.
