The Human Capital Club invites you to a lunch-and-learn to learn more about the evolution of benefits and pensions and implications on business. Come join us for a casual and informative conversation facilitated by Professor Dana Muir as we work to understand:

-What is a pension? Who gets a pension as part of their benefit plans? Do companies even offer pensions anymore?
-Why have so many companies shifted to 401ks, and what does this mean for us as employees and for society?
-What are companies' obligations to paying out pensions if they go bankrupt or get acquired?
-What new or innovative benefits are companies now offering to employees to stay competitive?
-What are employees rights to the benefits they were initially offered, as many companies' benefits policies change over time?

Lunch will be provided.
