Carolina is from Lima, Peru. Before Ross, she worked in Commercial Banking as a Deputy Credit Risk Manager in Banco de Credito del Peru. She holds a Economics Bachelor's Degree with focus on Macroeconomics and Finance from Universidad del Pacifico. Currently, she is making a transition to Investment Banking.
Gonzalo is from Lima, Peru. Prior to Ross, he worked in Retail Banking using data analytics to predict customer's risk. He holds a BS in Mathematics and a MS in Applied Mathematics from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru. He is part of the Tauber Institute for Global Operations at Ross.
Juan Manuel is originally from Bogota, Colombia, he studied Industrial Engineering in Universidad de Andes. Prior to Ross, he was working as a Project Manager for LATAM Airlines in Chile, implementing new benefits and experiences for customers of the Loyalty Program. At Ross, he is focusing on technology, strategy, and analytics, as well as on enhancing his leadership and design-thinking skills to transition into Tech in PM or Strategy roles. He spent his last summer at Google as a Strategy & ProdOps Intern.
Fernando was born and raised in Mexico City, where he studied Industrial Engineering at the Universidad Panamericana. He started his professional career at P&G in the supply chain department and transitioned into strategy and business management consulting.
Patricio is from Mexico City, Mexico. Before Ross, he worked for Uber in Mexico City, with roles in operations and marketing, and having the chance to launch 3 cities in Mexico. Prior to Uber, Patricio was in the Finance department for Unilever Mexico. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Anahuac.
Carolina is from Bogota, Colombia. Prior to Ross, she worked as a manager assistant in credit risk analysis in the oil and gas industry for Itau in Colombia. She holds a Economics Bachelor's Degree from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
Andrea is a first year MBA from Peru. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universidad de Lima. For six years, she was part of Sodimac Peru, Latin America's largest home improvement retail chain. Throughout these years she had an exciting career in Project Valuation, Sales and Finance, and her most fulfilling function was to serve the customer. At school, Andrea hopes to develop her leadership, technical and business skills in order to pursue a career in Tech Product Management or Product Marketing.
