Put your marketer hat on and think about how marketers in the airline industry use social media listening to hear from their users during this busy travel season. This three-hour session will include a quick overview of our social media listening tool, Tracx, followed by a scavenger hunt to dig into social media data from the airline industry. You can work in teams of 2-3 for the scavenger hunt, come with a team or form a team there. Prizes will be awarded for the teams that find the best nuggets!
