Rahul
Narain

President

Rahul serves as President on the MBA Council. His main responsibilities include ensuring the Council remains aligned strategically, supporting the other Council members on their individual initiatives, making sure that the student body feels heard in their concerns, and regularly interfacing between the Council, Program Office, and Student Body.

Before Ross, Rahul worked in Startup Sales at Stripe. In his free time, he loves to make bad jokes, take candid photographs, play volleyball, and read any and all fiction.

Jordan
Kiehl

Executive VP

Jordan serves as Executive VP and fills a variety of roles. From official MBA Council communications to Slack management and overarching Council operations, Jordan's goal is to help each officer be as effective as possible and implement new council initiatives that don't fall under a specific role.

Prior to Ross, Jordan worked in Consulting at Deloitte for 5 years in Kansas City. You can find her hanging out with her dog, planning her next trip, or cooking for friends.

Alyssa
Daum

VP of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

As VP of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Alyssa's goals are to:
- Relaunch Ross’s annual Diversity Week
- Normalize students joining at least one affinity group they don’t personally identify with
- Reground the student body in DEI as a belongingness initiative as opposed to a political issue

Before Ross, Alyssa worked in tech and aerospace/defense as a legal professional, and for her Summer internship, she interned on Ford's Commercial Strategy team. This year, she additionally serves as Michigan Business Women's VP of Community Building and will continue her fun trick of balancing being a wife and mom of three with school, hobbies, and life logistics.

DeVar
Jones

VP of Clubs

DeVar is the VP of Clubs & Experience, where he supports 70+ student orgs and helps shape the MBA experience outside the classroom. He works closely with club leaders, MBA Council, and Student Life to drive inclusive, high-impact events across Ross.

Before Ross, he served as a Strategic Sealift Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve and worked in the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations at the Pentagon, where he helped lead reform initiatives focused on accountability and change management.

Outside of class, DeVar leads Java Joggers — a running club he founded — and enjoys training for marathons, exploring global cuisines, and building community through shared experiences.

Lyons
Molly

VP of Wellness

Molly serves as VP of Wellness, promoting wellness as a core component of the Ross experience and ensuring that all students are aware of the wellness resources available to them. She works with the program office and section Wellness Chairs to integrate wellness into students' time at Ross.

Molly worked as a process engineer in the food & beverage industry prior to coming to Ross. She has also been a part-time fitness instructor for the past four years. Aside from teaching classes at the IMSB, she loves (vegan) cooking, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, and reading.

Ivy
Lee

VP of Career Development

Ivy is the Vice President of Career Development, serving as a liaison between students and the CDO. Her priority is to support all students’ recruiting journeys and outcomes by integrating data, feedback, and coordination between all career resources at Ross.

Prior to Ross, Ivy worked in healthcare consulting and startups for 5 years in NYC and San Diego, CA. Ivy is the co-chair of WiLC, Co-President of Yoga and Pilates Club, VP of Strategic Development for HLS, and a member of ZLCF. This summer, Ivy worked at Pfizer in the Strategy and Consulting team. She is an avid skier, golfer, and world traveler.

Colleen
Heaney

VP of Finance

Colleen serves as the VP of Finance for the MBA Council. She is in charge of overseeing the Council's budget and managing funding requests made by clubs.

Before Ross, Colleen worked at Salesforce for 5 years in Chicago. Since being at Ross, she is the VP of Communications of MBSA, Head Writer of Follies, VP of Campus Relations of MBW, and VP of Ops of MTrek.
