Rahul serves as President on the MBA Council. His main responsibilities include ensuring the Council remains aligned strategically, supporting the other Council members on their individual initiatives, making sure that the student body feels heard in their concerns, and regularly interfacing between the Council, Program Office, and Student Body.

Before Ross, Rahul worked in Startup Sales at Stripe. In his free time, he loves to make bad jokes, take candid photographs, play volleyball, and read any and all fiction.

As Vice President of Student Experience and Academics, Mollee serves as a liaison between students, section leadership, faculty, and the Program Office. In this role, Mollee supports section leaders, partners with Academic & Ethics Chairs to uphold integrity, and represents the student body in academic matters. She also champions P.A.C.T. values (Participation, Accountability, Communication, and Trust) by leading initiatives that strengthen community culture and promote a more inclusive student experience.

Prior to her MBA, Mollee worked at Deloitte Consulting in Chicago. At Ross, Mollee serves as Co-President of Business Leaders for Diverse Abilities, a Career Development Office Peer Coach, and a non-for-profit board fellow for Progressive Lifestyles. She loves to read, ski, bake, and travel!

Jordan serves as Executive VP and fills a variety of roles. From official MBA Council communications to Slack management and overarching Council operations, Jordan's goal is to help each officer be as effective as possible and implement new council initiatives that don't fall under a specific role.

Prior to Ross, Jordan worked in Consulting at Deloitte for 5 years in Kansas City. You can find her hanging out with her dog, planning her next trip, or cooking for friends.

Luis serves as VP of Culture & Belonging and focuses on strengthening inclusion and connection across the Ross MBA community. From coordinating initiatives with affinity clubs to supporting cultural programming and Council events, his goal is to help make Ross a place where everyone feels they belong.
Prior to Ross, Luis worked in finance and strategy roles in the chemical commodities industry across Latin America and Asia. At Ross, he has served as VP of Finance for the MTrek Club, VP of Corporate Development at LABSA, FACT Group Leader, co-led the Colombia Trek, and worked with Kearney in New York over the summer. You can find him capturing moments through photography, learning guitar, or sharing meals with friends.

DeVar is the VP of Clubs & Experience, where he supports 70+ student orgs and helps shape the MBA experience outside the classroom. He works closely with club leaders, MBA Council, and Student Life to drive inclusive, high-impact events across Ross.

Before Ross, he served as a Strategic Sealift Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve and worked in the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations at the Pentagon, where he helped lead reform initiatives focused on accountability and change management.

Outside of class, DeVar leads Java Joggers — a running club he founded — and enjoys training for marathons, exploring global cuisines, and building community through shared experiences.

Molly serves as VP of Wellness, promoting wellness as a core component of the Ross experience and ensuring that all students are aware of the wellness resources available to them. She works with the program office and section Wellness Chairs to integrate wellness into students' time at Ross.

Molly worked as a process engineer in the food & beverage industry prior to coming to Ross. She has also been a part-time fitness instructor for the past four years. Aside from teaching classes at the IMSB, she loves (vegan) cooking, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, and reading.

Ivy is the Vice President of Career Development, serving as a liaison between students and the CDO. Her priority is to support all students’ recruiting journeys and outcomes by integrating data, feedback, and coordination between all career resources at Ross.

Prior to Ross, Ivy worked in healthcare consulting and startups for 5 years in NYC and San Diego, CA. Ivy is the co-chair of WiLC, Co-President of Yoga and Pilates Club, VP of Strategic Development for HLS, and a member of ZLCF. This summer, Ivy worked at Pfizer in the Strategy and Consulting team. She is an avid skier, golfer, and world traveler.

Colleen serves as the VP of Finance for the MBA Council. She is in charge of overseeing the Council's budget and managing funding requests made by clubs.

Before Ross, Colleen worked at Salesforce for 5 years in Chicago. Since being at Ross, she is the VP of Communications of MBSA, Head Writer of Follies, VP of Campus Relations of MBW, and VP of Ops of MTrek.
