This article was sent to us courtesy of MBA2 Christine Baron. I, personally, am fascinated by bizarre foods. The one food I'd easily add to the article's Top 10 list is Italy's famous Casu Marzu, or "Maggot Cheese". Made in Sardinia, flies are allowed to lay their eggs in the cheese, and tons of maggots aid in the decomposition of the cheese and add a pungent, creamy flavor. Not for the weak of stomache, the cheese is eaten with the live maggots still inside. If you're not entirely weirded out by this idea, check out this youtube of Gordon Ramsey going to Italy to eat the cheese. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vZ_-JzM-YQg
