Outdoor Club Board Applications Now Open!
Applications for director positions on the 2017-2018 Outdoor Club at Ross Board are now open.
Please see below for a list of the roles available. If interested in applying, please complete this application by end of day Friday, September 22nd. You may apply for up to two roles.
The ROC board meets every other Thursday from 6 PM to 7 PM at Good Time Charley's. Please be sure that you can attend these meetings before applying.

The ROC Board
The following positions are available this year:
Director of Events (2 positions available):
The Directors of Events work with our Event VPs to create and plan events throughout the school year. This includes, but is not limited to, reserving campgrounds/cabins, arranging transportation to/from events for club members, and food planning.
Director of Finance (1 position available):
The Director of Finance is responsible for all aspects of the finance of the club, including all financial transactions, collection of fees from members, payment of creditors, and reimbursements for event-related actvities. The Director of Finance also provides budgeting support for Outdoor Club events throughout the year.
Director of Marketing (1 position available):
The Director of Marketing works with the entire board to ensure that information is properly shared between officers and ROC members. He/she is responsible for ensuring that all events are effectively communicated to the right target audience at the right time. In addition he/she is responsible for marketing the club to the school.
