Katharine is motivated to help businesses have a positive environmental impact. She is especially interested in sustainable agriculture and supply chain decisions that affect land use practices. A former environmental education instructor and sustainability project manager, Katharine has experience with solar energy, carbon emissions reduction, recycling, and local food aspects of sustainability. Outside of work and school, Katharine enjoys ice hockey and exploring new scenery.
Ayush is a first year MBA student interested in pursuing a career in Technology industry. He is part of the Tauber institute of Global Operations. Prior to Ross he worked at a real estate technology company leading product and marketing analytics. In his free time he loves to watch movies and go on hikes.
Rika is a first year MBA student pursuing a career in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device space. She comes to Ross with 5 years of Quality Engineering experience, most recently at Medtronic in the greater Boston area. She's interested in how companies solve complex problems through underlining diverse and inclusive leadership that motivates similar teams. Outside of work, she enjoys watching foreign films, volunteering, and cooking.
Aaron is a first year MBA student interested in working with emerging technology in a General Management or Operations Management role. Prior to Ross, he worked as a Software Engineer for Cerner developing applications for hospital systems. A passion for additive manufacturing has led to founding a startup, Metaform, that engineers high performance components for low-cost 3D printers. When not working, Aaron enjoys cooking, video games, and playing sports.
Tom is a first year MBA student pursuing a career at the intersection of Sustainability and Operations. Prior to Ross, he worked at Georgia-Pacific manufacturing facilities in Wisconsin, Mississippi, and Texas as an Environmental Engineer. He participates in the Tauber Institute for Global Operations and is excited to engage with all members of the club in this new virtual environment. In his free time, Tom can be found playing with his dog, telling dad jokes, or working out at the gym.
Konstantinos is a first year MBA student interested in industrial progress, technology and entrepreneurship. He participates in the Tauber Institute for Global Operations. Konstantinos is the co-founder of a startup, CargoShare a dry cargo shipbroking platform. He is looking forward to engage in meaningful business-related conversations with fellow classmates. When not working, Konstantinos enjoys playing the guitar, dancing salsa and cooking.
Margaret is a first year MBA student pursuing a career in consulting, hoping to focus on operations. Prior to Ross, she worked at Colgate-Palmolive as a Continuous Improvement Engineer and Team Leader. She participates in the Tauber Institute for Global Operations. She is looking forward to engaging with members and opening opportunities through alumni and corporate relationships. When she's not enjoying all the time on Zoom, she enjoys baking and is the not-so-proud mother of a near-dead sourdough starter.
Andrea is a first year MBA student at the Ross School of Business. Within Ross, she is an admit of the Tauber Institute for Global Operations and is emphasizing her studies in the operations, strategy and general management fields. Prior to starting business school, Andrea worked as the Head of Marketing at a boutique commercial real estate advisory firm, where she was responsible for building out the marketing platform and managing every aspect of the firm’s marketing. Andrea has a Bachelor of Science in Genetics and Plant Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, which is fueling her goal to bridge the gap between science and business.
Ariel is excited to build off of her engineering and manufacturing experience and expand her operations skills. She loves the impact that can be created by solving complex operational problems. Ariel participates in the Tauber Institute for Global Operations and is passionate about positive and inclusive leadership. She also enjoys camping and choreographing in the contemporary dance style.
Doug comes to Ross after a career in production engineering at a chemical plant where he honed his passion for strategic problem solving and leading groups with diverse backgrounds. He is excited by the intersection of technology, data, and manufacturing with career interests in Strategy & Operations. Doug is also part of the Tauber Institute for Global Operations and is excited by the opportunity to help fellow Rossers understand the role of Operations in the global economy. In his spare time, he loves to hike with his wife and puppy and to play sports!
Morgan comes to Ross with a background in Engineering and Consulting where he previously worked in technology implementation. He is a member of the Tauber Institute for Global Operations and has a passion for working in teams and using data analysis to solve large, complex problems. He is excited to be a part of the Strategic Operations Club and to help Rossers understand how Operations plays a role in all aspects of management.
