Sarah chairs the BCOM group at Ross and teaches the Management Persuasion course to MBAs. Sarah picks a new research area every couple years: now it's design trends and visual communication, but previous topics were AI in communication, and how cultural differences affect business norms. She still loves to talk about these topics! Pre-Ross, her international work includes several years with the royal family in the United Arab Emirates, economic development (inbound US, Chinese focus), USIA democratization effort in Bosnia y Herzegovina, and research/consulting in South and Southeast Asia.
