This year's theme “Rewriting the Rules: Women Who Dare,” will be a powerful and inspiring conference designed to celebrate bold leadership, authentic expression, and the strength of women forging their own paths in business. We are bringing together trailblazing women from across industries who have challenged convention, navigated complexity, and made a lasting impact. Whether reshaping the corporate mold or pioneering new ventures, each journey is a testament to purpose and possibility.
We welcome ALL students regardless of gender identity to attend.
Register by October 10th to GUARANTEE your gift-bag.
Members: Free (*$25 deposit paid via Venmo @sammysrinivasan or Zelle (kcorbett030@gmail.com) to be refunded with confirmation of attendance for at least one morning and one afternoon conference session, as well as all registered coffee chats)
Non-Member: $35 (pay via Paypal)
Registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, access to all speaker sessions, priority registration for coffee chats, and a complimentary MBW gift-bag. MBW gift-bags will ONLY be given out at the conference to those who attend the majority of the conference.

***Coffee Chat Registration Instructions***
WiLC Attendees get exclusive access to coffee chats with company representatives. This is a fantastic way to gain insights into a company’s culture and opportunities, network directly with employees, and sharpen your networking skills in a low-pressure environment.
Key Dates:
- October 15th @ 5:00 PM: Registration Opens
- October 23rd @ 5:00 PM: Registration Closes
If you sign up, you must attend or find a replacement. No-shows not only reflect poorly on you and the Ross community, but also take away a valuable opportunity from your peers.
For MBW Members: Any no-show for a coffee chat will result in automatic forfeit of registration deposit.
Each participant can sign up for one coffee chat. Unclaimed coffee chat spots will be released on Tuesday October 21st, allowing you to book additional chats.
