Details

When having a nice dinner with wine, there are a lot of difficult questions to answer. What wine goes best with the meal? What meal goes best with the wine? Why is the waiter showing me the bottle? He poured a little bit in my glass, is he waiting for me to taste it? What do I say?! In this session, you will walk through the process of ordering wine at a restaurant, taste through some classic food & wine pairings, and more!


About the presenter: Andrew Weber is an upcoming WWC Co-President and has spent 7 years working in the wine & spirits industry, including 4 years as a spiritsmaker managing the quality and production of products such as New Amsterdam vodka & gin, E&J Brandy, and High Noon hard seltzer. He has received the titles of Certified Specialist of Wine & Certified Specialist of Spirits, and greatly enjoys teaching others & helping to make wine and spirits less intimidating to understand.
