Every industry and function is faced with wicked problems -- whether you're focusing on culture, brand, product or strategy. Often, the key to solving challenges is an intimate understanding of the user -- the individual or community impacted by the problem. Our conference will equip you with critical human-centered design tools and techniques to create solutions to these challenges. By gaining the empathy to understand your stakeholders, you'll be empowered to solve these wicked problems!
