Interview season is around the corner, and to help you all prepare, D+B is hosting a "Designing Your Behavioral Interview" workshop series. Join D+B for the first part of this two day series where we apply design-thinking concepts and frameworks to the ideation of answers to behavioral interviews.

What’s the big deal around behavioral interviews?
The behavioral interview is just as important as any case or technical component. The answers to your behavioral questions help interviewers understand who you are as an individual, what experiences have shaped your work, and how they can imagine working with you as a part of their teams. Your answers can help you stand out and can be what makes or breaks your case.

Workshop Objectives
In this first workshop in our series of two, we’ll work on brainstorming stories and creating a structured reflection process to use in your preparation. You’ll leave the workshop being able to…

• Structure brainstorms that generate a variety of feasible story topics
• Generate a wide array of ideas
• Categorize your thoughts to create story “buckets” that satisfy various types of questions
• Filter out promising ideas to further develop
