Network with the companies applying design thinking work to the city of Detroit. Detroit is changing and these companies are looking for fresh perspectives and bright talent to help change the future. We will be visiting

1. Henry Ford Learning Institute to learn how the consultancy applies empathy
2. Detroit Labs to learn about user experience design
3. Lear Innovation Center to talk about sustainability in Detroit with special design guests from partnering organizations and design shops

You also get lunch to yourself in downtown detroit. Get a first hand taste of innovation in Detroit and meet the people who are implementing it! Each stop will provide an opportunity for us to learn and experience how each group applies design thinking. 

Transportation to/from Detroit will be provided.
