Caio is an FTMBA student at Ross. Before Ross, practically his entire career was at AB-InBev. With a diverse number of positions during his 6 years in the company, he has experience in sales, strategy, customer experience and venture capitalism. He is now pivoting to strategy consulting to become an even more complete professional. Putting aside the professional part, he enjoys traveling, DJing and poker.

Kaio is a first-year MBA student at Ross. Prior to Ross, he worked for 3 years at the Strategy team for Santander Bank in Brazil and South America, and for 2 years in Santander Peru, leading the creation of a microfinance business. Kaio will continue his career at McKinsey & Company at the Miami office.

Thiago is first-year Full Time MBA student from Sao Paulo, Brazil. Prior to Ross, he studied Industrial Engineering at UNICAMP (University of Campinas) and worked for six years in the Human Capital space in Ita├║ Unibanco, mostly with Change Management & Culture, Employee Experience, and HR Tech. At Ross, Thiago will also serve as Co-President at HCC (Human Capital Club). He will continue in the HR path after Ross. Outside of school, Thiago enjoys cooking, traveling, and speding time with family & friends.
