general management conference 2019

The General Management Conference represents the largest annual opportunity for students interested in leadership at Ross to engage with industry leaders and to learn how to prepare for successful careers in leadership.

As we continue to focus our club on leadership, we recognize that many of the challenges we will face throughout our careers will be ones that have never been faced before, and we have chosen a theme to address leadership challenges/opportunities that may arise : “Building Leaders for Tomorrow’s Challenges.” We will center our conference around this theme and provide tips for participants on how to deal with and provide leadership on these unique issues.

In partnership with the Sanger Leadership Center, we will also be hosting our third Leadership Crisis Mini-Challenge. Students will have the opportunity to tackle a real-world challenge issued by one of our sponsors and you will have the opportunity to observe up-close how students respond to situations that require proactive and off the feet thinking.

This Conference will provide better interaction, profounder learning, and more excitement than any year before. If you’re intrigued by leadership and are looking for a unique opportunity to connect with our students, we encourage you to continue reading.
