Mr. Lanier’s experience spans over 125 portfolio companies of at least 35 sponsors in numerous industries to drive growth, productivity, and leadership development through deliverables such as strategic planning, process improvement, salesforce effectiveness, technology application, acquisition integration, and talent management. Mr. Lanier is certified in process reengineering, change-management, and Six Sigma (Master Black Belt).
