For those of you with consulting, marketing, corporate finance, general management, etc. offers, have you heard about entering the private equity industry through the operating partner route? Join us on 6 February where operating partner veteran John A Lanier explains what the role is and the career paths to realizing that aspiration. Lunch will be provided.

The private equity financial engineering differentiation era is over. This lecture focuses on practical value-creation methodology in lower middle market. This presentation navigates a process that identifies the “worthy many” accretive possibilities from which a “vital few” are rationalized.
