Kaio is a first-year MBA student at Ross. Prior to Ross, he worked for 3 years at the Strategy team for Santander Bank in Brazil and South America, and for 2 years in Santander Peru, leading the creation of a microfinance business. Kaio will continue his career at McKinsey & Company at the Miami office.
