RossAbilities is the marquee annual conference hosted by Business Leaders for Diverse Abilities (BLDA) at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. As the first event of its kind at Ross focused entirely on disability and accessibility, RossAbilities brings together students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and advocates to explore the future of inclusion in business.
Launched on February 7, 2025, the inaugural RossAbilities Conference set a powerful precedent by centering disability within diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) conversations. The event featured thought leaders from across industries discussing topics such as:
* Accessibility in leadership and product design
* The disability funding gap
* Disability-focused entrepreneurship
* Navigating recruiting and careers with a disability
RossAbilities is a hybrid event, designed to maximize accessibility and participation through both in-person and virtual programming.
