Kyle is a second year MBA candidate focusing on Entrepreneurship. Kyle graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2014 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Kyle most recently led teams on the USS NEBRASKA, a nuclear ballistic missile submarine stationed in Seattle, Washington. Remaining on active duty, Kyle will return to the submarine force following Ross graduation.
Erin is a first-year MBA candidate and prior to Ross spent seven years working in retail operations in New York. She most recently worked at Glossier, a venture-backed ecommerce beauty brand that launched in 2014. In true startup fashion, she got to wear many hats during her time there. Working at Glossier piqued her interest in understanding how startup companies create effective strategies to support scale. For her internship, she will be working in the Consumer Markets practice at Strategy& in New York.
Robert is a first-year MBA candidate. Prior to Ross, he worked at Facebook on the Internal Audit team, partnering with management to drive improvements to risk management in areas such as Finance, Accounting, User Privacy, Content Moderation, and Lobbying. This summer he will intern with the Barclays Technology Investment Banking group in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Ben is a first year MBA student focused on a career in venture investing. During his time at Ross, Ben is also completing an internship with local VC firm, MK Capital. Prior to business school, Ben worked as a technology consultant and sales engineer for Appian, an enterprise software company based outside of Washington, D.C. Ben holds a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Computer Science from The University of Chicago.
Colin is a first year full-time MBA student focusing on general management and entrepreneurship. At Ross, Colin helps lead search fund-related events and activities. Prior to business school, Colin worked for Deloitte Consulting and EY as a technology consultant. Colin serves part-time in the Army National Guard and received his B.S. in Accounting from the University at Albany.
Dan is a first-year MBA. Prior to Ross, Dan spent 6 years in a variety of human capital focused roles at Deloitte consulting. Dan is exploring the midwest and great lakes start-up environments and sees entrepreneurship as a critical tool to addressing community development in these areas. Dan holds a B.A. in International Relations with a minor in Middle East Studies from Baylor University.
