Melanie is an MBA2 interested in the FinTech and HealthTech space. Prior to Ross, Melanie lived in New York and worked in Financial Services Consulting for Deloitte where she focused on operating model design and customer strategy. While pursuing her MBA, Melanie has leveraged the skills she gained from consulting in her internship at an InsurTech startup supporting their growth strategy. Melanie is interested in both the operator and investment side of entrepreneurship and is pursuing roles in startup and venture. In her free time Melanie enjoys hiking, pilates, and taking long walks with her dog Moshie.

Jackson is an MBA2 at Michigan Ross. He's originally from Chicago and earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Prior to Ross, Jackson worked on Epic Systems' technology consulting team for four years in the outpatient and specialty pharmacy sectors. Jackson interned at Amazon this summer as a Technical Product Manager on the Alexa team.

Andrew is an MBA2 working on completing the journey from startup founder (in high school) to venture capitalist (post-MBA). After graduating from Bowdoin College, Andrew lived in Boston and worked in high net worth investment management, specializing in alternative investments within his clients' portfolios. He took a short stop working for a later-stage cybersecurity startup before spending three years in data analytics and project management at a beverage distributor. Andrew chose to pursue an MBA at Ross to become a part of the most valuable network in the world and is keen to make the Michigan entrepreneurial ecosystem a valuable resource for both current students and alums alike. In his free time, Andrew enjoys cooking, skiing, and fly-fishing, even taking the summer before business school off to work as a fly-fishing guide in Montana.

Taylor is a second year MBA student originally from South Florida. Prior to Ross, Taylor worked in management consulting across various sectors such as human capital, public & private, and social impact strategy. During Summer '23, she worked as an intern for Nike within their Strategy department. Last semester, she held an in-semester internship with a Michigan-based venture capital firm. She is also the VP of Alumni Relations for BBSA. Post-MBA, Taylor will pursue a career in the Venture Capital ecosystem.
