Our Mission

The Human Capital Club is a student professional development organization that focuses on building the capabilities of our members in the human capital consulting, human resources management, and organizational strategy fields. We achieve this goal through education, career development, recruiting preparation, and networking with employers and alumni. Membership is open to all graduate-level students at the University of Michigan, and the majority of members are pursuing their Masters of Business Administration at the Ross School of Business.

Human Capital professionals create value by aligning people and business strategies. Practitioners drive strategy and execution to address challenges across the end-to-end employee lifecycle and experience. To learn more about human capital careers, and the resources Ross and the Human Capital Club provide in this area, check out this webinar on Human Capital at the Michigan Ross School of Business.
