VP of Communications


Olivia is an incoming second-year MBA candidate originally from Massachusetts. She has spent her pre-Ross career in college admissions and talent acquisition in Boston and the Bay Area. She will be interning at Accenture Strategy with a focus on the firms's Talent & Organization/Human Potential practice. On campus, Olivia is involved with the Center for Positive Organizations and a student-led fund. Olivia is a former college athlete and big fan of Michican basketball. Go Blue!


VP of Education


Chris is a second-year MBA coming from the great state of Wisconsin. Before Ross, Chris explored an array of career paths - classroom teaching, public affairs, and nonprofit consulting - ultimately discovering his passion for people development along the way. He'll test this interest over the summer by interning in Johnson & Johnson's HR Leadership Development Program. Outside of class, Chris likes to exercise, to watch political dramas, and to have meaningful conversations.




John is a 2nd year MBA student from Lancaster, PA. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Georgia Tech and has spent his career as a software product manager in San Francisco and Baltimore. This summer John is interning with Anheuser-Busch Inbev in a human capital and corporate strategy role. He enjoys being a member of the Wolverine Wine Club and loves golfing at the UM course in his free time. John is incredibly excited to serve as the Co-President of the Human Capital Club in order to promote the importance of human capital in creating positive business organizations.




Nicole is a second-year MBA, originally from Syracuse, NY and coming to Ross from Washington, DC. Before Ross, Nicole worked in the federal space with Deloitte as a senior Human Capital consultant. Coming to business school, Nicole wanted to gain a broader business leader perspective on talent, and analyze how to unlock potential to drive business results. This summer, Nicole will be interning in Johnson & Johnson's HR Leadership Development Program. Outside of class, Nicole likes to work out, spend time with friends, and hang out with her adorable yellow lab, Logan.
