Kilonzo

VP of Community & Inclusion

CKILONZO@umich.edu

I am thrilled to be joining the Human Capital Club (HCC) board and collaborating with an amazing group of peers. With 4 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, I have learned the importance of fostering a sense of community and prioritizing inclusion. During my previous roles, I led multiple initiatives aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, such as developing recruitment strategies to attract underrepresented groups and creating hiring processes to be more inclusive. I'm excited to continue this work with like-minded individuals within our club and the greater Ross community.
I am an active member of the African Business Club, Black Business Students Association, Business Leaders for Diverse Abilities, and Michigan Business Women, where I continue to pursue my passion for diversity and leadership. In my free time, you can find me exploring new travel destinations or indulging my sweet tooth with pastries or chocolates (most likely both), while listening to the latest Afrobeats hits.

onyinyeo@umich.edu

Onyinye is a MBA student from Lagos, Nigeria. Prior to Ross, she worked in HR consulting for 4.5 years where she helped design one of the first gender equity scorecards for the Nigerian private sector. After that, she did a 6-month stint at a mid-size Nigerian bank that pioneered the first fully-digital bank in Africa. Outside of work and school, she loves to cook (and eat), finding and trying out new teas, spending time in nature, watching documentaries and romcoms on Netflix, and all things astronomy.
