Oliveira

Director of International Students

Isabela is a full-time MBA student born and raised in Brazil, with six years of experience in the Brazilian financial market. During her career, Isabela specialized in digital product development and go-to-market strategies. She is also passionate about technology and innovation and is now pivoting her career to strategic consulting to further expand her professional repertoire.

Vice President, Ally Engagement

KJ is a dual degree student pursuing a Masters in Information in addition to the MBA. Prior to Ross, KJ served in the US Army for 8 years. In addition, KJ spent his civilian career in operations and human resources at companies like Hyatt Hotels, Enterprise Rent-Car, and Amazon. KJ plans to pivot into product management career path. Along with MBW leadership, KJ is the VP of Corporate Relations for the Armed Forces Association , ALE Chair for BBSA, and also a startup founder/corporate sponsor for the Ross Living Business Leadership Experiences (LBLE). KJ enjoys scuba diving, writing poetry, long distance runs and enjoying good vibes with friends.

Rishika
Ramireddy

Vice President, Campus Relations

I'm a Michigan undergrad alum, and prior to Ross, I lived in Austin and Chicago, and worked at a late-stage cybersecurity startup. During my time working at a start-up, I had secondhand exposure to the types of decision making needed to grow a business and developed an interest in understanding how these decisions were made, from a strategic and economic point of view. I am planning to pivot into strategy consulting, and outside of school/work, I love any racket sports, trying new recipes and wandering around different cities.

Vice President, Community Building

Prior to coming to Ross, Taylor was an engineer at General Motors after graduating from Michigan State University (the better university in the state). Taylor is a dual degree student pursuing her Master in Public Policy along with her MBA. Outside of school, Taylor enjoys hiking, running, and binge watching Modern Family.

Rachel is coming from a career as a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte.

Rachel has two previous degrees in Marketing, a BA from the American International University in London and a MSc from the University of Edinburgh Business School. Rachel loves to cook for her friends (especially Greek and Italian food) and play with her rescue pup, Maisie.

Miranda
Wayne

Co-VP of Corporate Relations

Miranda is an MBA1 student interested in entrepreneurship and strategy. Prior to Ross, Miranda worked at Deloitte as a technology consultant.
She holds a BS in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh. Outside of school, Miranda enjoys cooking, playing with her pup Matilda, and trying out new restaurants.

Megha
Aggarwal

Senior Vice President, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Megha is an FT-MBA student, originally from New Delhi, India. Prior to Ross, she has worked across Tech, CPG and consulting as a people leader. She is very passionate about brining equitable standards for women within the workforce and helping women chart careers to break that glass ceiling. She will be interning at Bain Chicago for the summers. Outside of work and school, she loves coffee, brunches and hosting impromptu dinners for friends. She is an avid traveler and loves to plan trips with her partner-in-crime, Smarak, who is also a first year student at Ross!

I am a people leader who started my career working toward an equitable education system for all children in Las Vegas. Since, I have founded a workforce development organization in the community where I taught, and worked to help HR leaders design inclusive fertility and hormonal health benefits for their employees.

Most commonly spotted in the wild with hiking boots (or a knife and fork).

My happy place is nerding out on organizational design and the future of work.

Sydney is an MBA candidate pursuing a career in marketing and tech. Prior to Ross, Sydney worked at NBCUniversal for 7 years, first as a Page and then in marketing with the Content Distribution Group. When not at school, Sydney enjoys reading sci-fi books and baking pies.

Livia (she/her/ella) is a first-year MBA pursuing a career in strategy consulting. Prior to Ross, Livia worked in automotive consulting in Michigan. She holds a BEng in Environmental Engineering and is originally from Brazil. Outside of school, Livia enjoys traveling, spending time with her puppy, trying out new fitness classes and new restaurants.

Bartolo

Rachel (she/her) is a first-year MBA candidate in the Ross School of Business Class of 2024. She is a Double Wolverine, having attended the University of Michigan for undergrad (B.A. in Women's Studies & Urban Studies, with a Residential College designation) and is from the Ann Arbor, MI area. Prior to Ross, she worked with teams in luxury residential real estate sales, personal wealth management advisory, mortgage lending, and nonprofit fundraising. At Ross, Rachel is active in Michigan Business Women, the Finance Club, and section leadership, and she was also selected as a Forte Fellow. Rachel will be interning as a Summer Associate at Lincoln International in Chicago and working with the OTK Foundation in Malawi for her MAP experience. Her passions include women's empowerment, the arts, food security issues, and her cat, Georgie.

Korie is a second-year MBA student pursuing Corporate Finance and interning at American Express during Summer 2023. Prior to Ross, Korie worked at Pluralsight on their finance teams. Korie holds a dual BS in Business Administration and Psychology with a minor in Theatre from the University of Utah. In her free-time, Korie enjoys beach days, finding the nearest dog to pet, and taking various fitness classes.

Carley
Peyser

Vice President, Education

Carley is a full-time MBA student interested in healthcare and marketing. She is originally from New Jersey. Prior to Ross, Carley worked conducting market research with health insurance companies on behalf of pharmaceutical clients.
She holds a BS in Biology from the University of Maryland. Outside of school, Carley enjoys walking, readying, and exploring new coffee shops and restaurants.
