Apply now for this year's Energy Club Fall consulting projects! Applications are open at this link until Thursday, September 24th at 11:59pm. Please note that priority will be given to members of ECR for all projects and members of the Tech Club IOT Lane for the Schneider Electric & Powerley projects. More details about the program and this year's companies are included below:

  • What: 7-10 week consulting engagements with leading firms in the energy industry. Projects are completed by the end of the Fall semester, enabling students to come away with real experiences that can be used in interviews.
  • Why: Consulting engagements provide students the opportunity to develop skills in management consulting, financial analysis, and marketing. You can learn about the rapidly growing renewable energy sector and help fight climate change at the same time.
  • Who: Each team will have 4-6 members. Members are not required to be MBAs, but grad students will receive priority over undergraduate applicants. Prior experience in consulting or the energy sector is not required.
  • When: Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by Monday, September 28th. Projects will then kick off the week of October 5th and will run through mid-November (with the option to extend through mid-December if desired). The time commitment is anticipated to be about 3-5 hours per week on average.
