ECR routinely provides opportunities for members to learn about the energy industry beyond the Ross curriculum, with the goal of educating members with all levels of familiarity about the industry and its technologies. ECR provides the opportunity to meet energy company representatives by hosting educational events focused on relevant energy topics from different sectors of the energy industry. ECR also works with members to form recruiting strategies for both internships and full time positions, including resume reviews, mock interviews, and peer counseling opportunities. Opportunities for financial assistance to attend energy related conferences are available to ECR members.

This year's numerous Lunch & Learns and Coffee Chats allowed ECR members to gain perspective from leaders of well-known energy companies. Recent speakers include representatives from DTE, SoCore Energy, PA Consulting, GM, Eco Engineering, and Lazard.

We love energy so much that we even created our own class in the Winter A semester, FIN 583, to learn more about Energy Project Finance!
