All interns will be coached by an experienced member of the REDF team, have opportunities to meet with Farber Alumni and connect with leaders in the fields of social enterprise and venture philanthropy in Southern and/or Northern California. All interns will participate in professional development events throughout the summer focused on social enterprise, nonprofit management and building a career in the social impact space. Examples of past events include the full-day, REDF Orientation, a tour of REDF portfolio enterprises and workshops on topics such as “Double Bottom Line Accounting” and “Intro to Social Impact Bonds.” DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Above all, we are looking for candidates with a passion for social change, a commitment to applying business acumen to achieve positive social impact and a strong track record with relevant experience.
